If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration, please contact the Secretariat . The following refund conditions will apply:

Before 31st August 2024	Full refund less INR 9000
Between 1st Sept. 2024 to 31st October 2024	50% refund
01 November 2024 - onwards	No refund

Substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed.
*No Name change is allowed after 01 November 2024.
